gotomyerp has pre-defined maintenance schedules which are not reflected on this status page. Those can be found in the Server Maintenance Schedule KB Knowledgebase article, and are updated as needed.

In the event of an outage, and in the interest of the most efficient use of resources to achieve a speedy resolution, the support desk will direct our customers to this page for updates during an outage.
